Policies

 Per Indiana law, we require proof of a current Rabies vaccination. This can be emailed to us at brcdgroominginfo@gmail.com, or brought in on the day of your pet's appointment. Please note that any pet without a current Rabies vaccination will be turned away and asked to reschedule after their vaccination has been updated. 

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that your pet also be vaccinated for Distemper/Parvovirus, Leptospirosis, and Bordetella (kennel cough) for their own protection and the protection of other pets in the salon.

We are a flea-free facility, please let us know upfront if your pet has fleas as we will immediately treat for fleas upon entering the facility. If we discover fleas on your pet we will contact you immediately. Your pet will receive a flea bath at an additional cost of $10- $20 depending on size.  If you know that your pet has fleas before their appointment, we have Capstar on hand at the cost of $25 to kill any fleas before entering the building.  We HIGHLY RECOMMEND recommend your pet be on a monthly flea and tick preventative.

Because we work by appointment, any cancellation must be made by phone (317-253-2672) 24 hours prior to your appointment time.  We require this for the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee of your grooming appointment price.

We do require a credit card on file for all new clients, client with recent no-call/no-shows or recent cancellation not within our 24 hour notice time frame.

All clients will  be required  to sign via electronic signature a Broad Ripple Canine Design grooming liability waiver.  Your liability waiver will be sent to you after scheduling your first appointment and will need to be completed before your drop off time.
